Kimberly Lichte-Madakasira

Kimberly Lichte-Madakasira is a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and a registered 500 level yoga instructor. Dr. Lichte-Madakasira has been a licensed professional counselor since 2000 with experience treating adults utilizing various techniques and therapies in both group and individual settings. She provides yoga therapy, which has been shown to be beneficial for depression and anxiety. She received her Ph.D. in Health Psychology from Walden University in 2011 where she studied somatic issues. Her areas of interest include mood disorders, chronic pain, and somatic issues.

Through a holistic approach, Kimberly believes in utilizing the connection between mind, body, and breath in order to effectively access the body’s healing power. She utilizes specific and customized mindfulness practices with her clients in order to help elevate their moods.

Dr. Lichte-Madakasira is the Executive Director and a founding member of Psycamore, LLC with extensive experience in administration and business.
