Why we're different

More than weekly counseling.Less than hospitalization.

Psycamore's program is built around one goal: helping people improve faster than traditional individual therapy, and without the confinement of inpatient treatment.

We take a holistic approach to mental health. We treat the underlying causes, not just the symptoms, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness training, and medication management. We focus heavily on group therapy while also offering weekly individual and family therapy.

Stabilize without sacrificing freedom

Recover while staying connected to home, family, school and work.

Faster, structured progress

Intensive, evidence-based treatment, not another weekly appointment.

Treat causes, not just symptoms

A whole-person approach across CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

Family therapy as a focus

Weekly family and individual therapy woven through the group work.

Medication management

Psychiatrist-led medication monitoring, coordinated with your therapy.

Start here

Start with a free screening.

You don't have to know what you need before you call. A free screening is a brief, confidential conversation with someone who does this every day. We listen to what's actually going on, help you make sense of it, and tell you honestly what we think the best path forward is.

Two people sitting together, hands clasped, during a conversation
  • It's free, and it takes about 30+ minutes.
  • It's a conversation, not an evaluation.
  • If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
  • There's no obligation to enroll in anything.
