Hayley Phillips

MS, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH

UR/Intake Specialist

Hayley graduated with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College in 2016 and worked as a children’s therapist from 2016-2019 in community mental health. During that time she worked with children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health needs including ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and school difficulties.

She also has experience with psychological testing and scoring. In 2018, after a long road of supervision, she obtained full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. In 2019, she started working at Psycamore as the UR/Intake Specialist in Biloxi.

She enjoys being one of the first faces that patients see when they come looking for treatment and helping to put them at ease about taking the next step towards healing. She also works behind the scenes with managed care companies to ensure patients receive the clinically appropriate level of care. Getting to be a part of the process that helps people realize their personal potential and blossom into functioning, thriving individuals is such a joy. Her professional areas of interest include anxiety disorders, CBT, family systems, and couples counseling.

In her free time she enjoys a wide range of hobbies: from baking and amateur cake decorating to creative writing and digital art, all things creative appeal to her. She also enjoys video gaming and music.
