Before you call
Things people worry about before they call
Will you pressure me into a program?
No. If we're not right for you, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. It's a screening, not a sales call.
Do I need a diagnosis first?
No. Most people who call us have no idea what to call what they're going through. That's normal.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. You can call us directly. If you have a provider, we'll coordinate with them once you're enrolled.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is protected by law and we take strict precautions. Nothing is shared without your written consent, except where someone's life is in danger.
What if I can't afford treatment?
Tell us. Our business office reviews each person's situation and can offer a flexible payment plan. Short-term disability may also be available through your employer.
What about my job?
Medical leave is often approved, and we can provide short-term disability paperwork. People routinely complete this program while employed.
