RESTORING MENTAL HEALTH
& RENEWING HOPE

We offer life changing psychiatric mental health outpatient
services to those who are in need

Mental health is something that affects everyone. Whether it’s depression or anxiety, bipolar disorder, or something else entirely, mental illness can impede the ability to live a happy, stable life and have healthy relationships. That’s where the adult treatment program at Psycamore comes in. Our comprehensive mental health treatment for adults provides for the individual’s specific needs, which may include medical monitoring, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and family support groups, to name a few.

Who Needs Mental Health Treatment at Psycamore?

If an individual who is over the age of 18 is experiencing persistent symptoms in any of the following, then our adult program may be appropriate for them:

  • Depression
  • Bipolar
  • Panic attacks/anxiety disorder
  • PTSD
  • Anger
  • Addictions
  • Obsessions/Compulsions

Please note that at Psycamore, we do not treat actively suicidal adults, schizophrenia, severe psychosis, intellectual disabilities/challenges, or physically combative patients.

What Does Adult Mental Health Treatment Involve?

A mental health screening begins a patient’s participation in the Psycamore adult program. This guides and informs the patient’s treatment plan, which our mental health professionals design specifically for each individual.

Then treatment begins! Our Adult Program provides a structured and organized therapy program with schedules to address the needs of working adults. Intending to assimilate one’s mental health care into daily life, our treatment services are available throughout the day with day groups scheduled between 10 am and 4 pm. Evening groups are scheduled from 5:45 pm to 8:45 pm.

Our individual and family therapy sessions can be scheduled at a convenient time for the patient and their therapist. If the patient requires diagnostic assessment or medication monitoring, we provide these services during our regular business hours.

At Psycamore we understand that mental health issues affect not only the individual but also those closest to them. Psycamore thus offers a bi-monthly group for the family and friends of patients in the program. Here, those offering support are able to ask questions, learn techniques, and gather information with the goal of best assisting their loved one.

How Psycamore’s Adult Treatment Programs Can Help You

Psycamore offers comprehensive adult mental health treatment services that address the underlying causes of mental health problems. Some of the most reported mental health concerns in adults include anxiety, severe depression symptoms in adults, anger, and addictions. With that in mind, Psycamore offers a wide range of services to address these needs, such as generalized anxiety disorder in adults treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness therapies, as well as treatment for social anxiety in adults, to name just a few.

At Psycamore we strive to provide quality mental health treatment for adults in order to help each patient reach their goals for recovery and maintenance. We believe that everyone deserves access to effective mental healthcare that will enable one to live healthier lives full of hope and possibility.
