Calandrea Taylor

Calandrea graduated from Mississippi College with a masters of science in Clinical Mentatl Health Counseling. Calandrea has worked as a clinical mental health therapist for over 10 years now, in various settings and roles. Her experience includes community mental health, grant funded programs, inpatient, and private practice. Most of her experience has been spent working with diagnosis such as ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders.
Calandrea enjoys using a holistic, integrated approach to therapy with an emphasis in cbt, dbt, trauma, mindfulness, and spirituality. She was always taught to “leave things better than the way you found it,” so for Calandrea, helping and healing are just a couple of many ways to do this in our world now for generations later.
In her free time, she enjoys watching, teaching and doing new things with her family from cooking, to gardening, to chess. She loves family vacations and laughter. In her alone time, she loves to learn by reading, podcasting and journaling for self reflection.
